✦ QTBIPOC THERAPY ✦

We deserve to live, not just survive.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s do this, together ☺

virtual therapy for those ages 16+ in WA state

My Approach

My therapy style is eclectic, incorporating the teachings of various schools of thoughts and Ancestral/Trans-cestral wisdom v. a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from talk-based modalities—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)—and into what our bodies are communicating to us & feeling—like IFS Parts work x Somatics, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Art therapy

Every session is as unique as you, and I am flexible in providing an environment that galvanizes and nourishes your growth. Regardless of the modality, all of my sessions are rooted in liberatory, relational, intersectional, trauma-informed, client-centered, & strengths-based lenses. My approach to therapy centers on the gift of healing taking place within community.

My desire is to ensure that those of us often forgotten and disempowered in society receive uplifting and healing services.

I hope our space together is one where you feel valued, seen, listened to, and empowered. I will support you in unpacking generational trauma, moving past survival, and into intentional & balanced living with yourself & others! I want all parts of you to be celebrated during our time together... and of course, beyond <3.

I will hear you every step of the way, collaborate with you on ways to heal, and celebrate this courageous journey of your commitments. I balance warmth, challenging folks when appropriate, processing emotions & co-regulation, and more.

As a QTBIPOC therapist, I believe therapy is one of the purest forms of human connection, and I am honored by the trust and opportunity every client gives to me to join them on their beautiful journeys to themselves. I support my clients in leading the lives of their dreams, understanding that the change we do together in therapy is a microcosm of the change that occurs in our communities!
